Network Performance Monitor
Public SmokePing instance in Amsterdam, run by IP Volume. Latency, packet loss and jitter from our network (AS202425) towards the infrastructure of ISPs around the world, measured around the clock and kept for a full year.

What we measure
Median of 20 ICMP echo requests every 5 minutes. The “smoke” around the line shows the spread between the fastest and slowest reply.
Replies that never came back, coloured per graph from green (none) to red (all 20 lost).
Variation in round-trip time within one interval. Wide smoke means an unstable path, a thin line means a steady one.
ISPs, hosting providers, IXPs and enterprises can be added free of charge, for example to track performance towards the IP Volume network or to compare with their peers. Send your AS number and a stable, pingable address (a name server, mail server or router loopback, not an end-user IP) to noc@ipvolume.net. Already listed and want a different target or removal? Same address.
StarHub (AS55430) is an internet service provider in Singapore. This page shows round-trip time, packet loss and jitter measured every 5 minutes from the IP Volume network (AS202425) in Amsterdam to 218.186.15.1, a stable host inside the provider's own network.
Top lists across all targets, recalculated every 5 minutes: the ten targets with the highest packet loss, median round-trip time, maximum round-trip time and jitter. A target that appears here is not necessarily down; it may simply be far away or rate-limiting ICMP.
